I followed Kai when he was chasing his pro card and he was pretty small when he competed. I never thought he would go pro so he obviously was not using to much shit. Natural I doubt it but very low amounts. Kai was pretty broke around that time as well. Ronnie same thing. I was really surprised how big Kai got. Kai is fucking Huge! He has a similar look that Ronny coleman had. They both hold insane amounts of muscle and have the craziest bicep peaks also have some of the best wheels in the Industry . Kais quads are insane! It is hard to say who the better bodybuilder is kai or Ronnie. I like Kais look myself. Ronnie was a little to much.Ronnie had like 2 maybe 3 years where I believed he deserved to be mr. Olympia and those years he did look insane closest guy to match that look is Kai but seems I like Kais quads and legs a bit more then ronnies.

I was against him at first and I still am on the synthol. But young guys need to listen and hear him cause he tells the truth. This isn't a "sport" for everyone. This will scare many people away and only the risk takers and obsessed will stay as it should be in the "sport". That doesn't mean you can't still enjoy the results of the work.
