She should be euthanized and her organs given to people on transplant waiting list, preferably kids. This will only be done after three to six months doing some kind of restitution work, like being a hooker in a super max prison(where she will most likely be traded for cigarettes, but only to those inmates on good behavior) and probably some sort of cleaning and/or cleaning public restrooms at athletic parks.
