I am lifting here in Oz.  Went to the gym yesterday at 4.30pm.  It was at the start of peak time.  Couldn't find a bench to do incline chest press.  Got angry.  Then I thought I would do some pec machine.  It had a towel on it but no one to be found.  A dude was supersetting.  I asked him if I could work in while he was not using it.  He hesitated and his body language said No.  I raised my eyebrows and said "well?" and went to throw his towel off.  I did 5 sets.  Saw too many people I knew.  When they were not walking over to say Hi, they were yelling out "Karen".  I was like wft...I really need to train earlier.  Did some shoulders next...supersetted standing (still no benches) db shoulder presses with db lateral raises...4 sets each.  Then I got the hell out of that jungle.  Didn't even stop for the massage chair.  
Forgot to mention..my friend got out his iphone and showed me some pics from his recent comp where he placed third in NABBA.  Then he mentioned how a friend of ours had not grown and i said "yeah, thats another matter all together.  We'll have to catch up some time soon to do some bitching".   Cheesy

4:30 or 5 a bad time for gyms buggers are getting off work. Best around 7 or 2 pm. You seem very popular there maybe change gyms if you want peace.

I had to get a quickie in.  I usually never train those times for the exact reason...too busy and too many people that I know.  Because I tend to train during quieter times, people ambush me when they do see me.  I am not changing gyms because this one has everything I need and the location is only 5 mins away which makes it extremely practical.
