btw gearbox, body weight isn't an illusion in real life. in real life you'll look no bigger than most girls. and your ugly. and you have SHIT structure. you are blocky and square. not one bit of roundness or fullness anywhere on you. so stop with your structure bullshit. your scraping the bottom of the barrel genetically when it comes to structure, muscularity or even facial attraction to females.

lol

fucking retard.

BRUTAL ;D

itcould be too much from how it sounds.

but we dont know how many sets and your intensity, its all relative.

Granted I'm not "pushing it" when it comes to upper body....still not there for a couple of months. But I avg 7 sets ladder up concentation on form and wight to max then ladder down concentation on reps...intensity above avg...sometimes total and complete muscle failure

How can you tell if you're overtraining?

a natural is always overtraining, for theres basiclay no point ;D

nah, clear loss ofstrenghtcan be indicator, permanent fatigue, always tired, sleeplessness, one can clearly tell if its too much.

when one is overtrained, and takes a while off, like 2 days, he will notice how bad it actually was.

i couldnt do such a programm with any worthwile intensity natural.

I'm natural not by choice but lack of knowledge and fear  :D

I have some symptoms but have always trained like this so no issue for me....

You are over-training if you feel like shit hope this helps.

You can resolve this by eating more usually but you will get fat.

Such is life for the natural physique-athlete.

fear?

test is natural ;D

do you fear the test in your body?not really :D

nah, the decision on this everyone should think for themselves.

if one wants to do 1 cycle and overthinks it too much, just forget about it and stay natural forever.a 1 cycle will do fuck all but put on some bloat on the majority of newcomers.

if they dont know precisely what theyre doing, they gonna look worse.

and wors and then reach cswol level.

I don't fear the product....but the quality of the product being sold here in the states....

If a Doc gave me a script I would cycle no questions asked....but not knowing the product I'm not injecting shit
