when your big you dont have to squat every week, look at rich piana, he only does legs once every 3 weeks, my legs grow better and respond better doing them every other week, I always do squats though, i trained back today, my heavy lifts for the day were, Hammer strength back pull down, 8 plates, 4 plates each side, 17 reps..........90 lb. dumbell curl for 4 reps, and dumbell trice kickback 80 lb dumbell, 6 reps.
