coach even offered i could use the grip pads............and I said no, i just do it bare hands...........since someone claimed i dont have the grip to do 25 legit pullups.

mike i really would hate for you to have to delete your account, Im training back today, maybe coach will let me come back and video off my phone, but you know i cant just impose on coach like that, I will do 25 more the day chaos and i train, or meet up over there, which looks like it could be saturday...........after i do it, you can delete your account and come back as..........small mike cox..........or smc..........deal!

I am so confident you cant do it that I will delete my account

its only fair in the circumstances

the key is the form and full rep range which will be judged by one more rep and any other member of your choosing

I have a feeling you will do Nasser style reps with a range of motion of one or two inches

not hating just saying

Guys, he's having you on, there is no way "C-wreck" can do 25 legit pullups, most people can't even perform 1 strict pullup

If he did 25 reps, guess what, we'd be looking at the video right now, it's a joke.

1 question, did you not see the video of him bench pressing? it was a 3 inch ROM, what makes you think "C-wrecks" ROM
would be any different on those pullups?

bro when i bench i dont do pussy ass resting on the chest and all that in theory bullshit, yesterday at coach's i hit the chest no partial reps, in reality partial reps and half reps keeping stress and pressure on the muscle is what builds size and strength..........
