Couldn't have said it better myself. One thing I will say about Cswol, the dudes about as hardcore and passionate about training as one can get. Cut from old school cloth without a doubt.

Did you not see the bench press video? Is that what you would call hardcore?

I hope you don't train your athletes to bench like this....

Cswol looks way way better in those vids IMHO. Leaner, Healthier, more mobile, etc.

I don't get the accent though.

Is that LA accent? Southern?

I speak like a Nu Yawk guido which is unmistakable - but never heard accent like that.
