It's hard to imagine the legal play here. Libel? Defamation? Both of them would require LN to depose himself. Also, the first amendment in the US makes libel an almost impossible hill to climb. The UK is much more disposed to libel claims, but if both parties reside in the US, it hard to imagine the standing claims.
