honestly did lol

would run 2-3 miles on the track after each workout

all my protein came from chicken, fish, and turkey.... beef MAYBE once a week

carbs were either plain rice or pasta

all meals had some veggies

snacked on fruits

drank nothing but water and milk

A lot of the sides you mentioned were due to water retention which is why I like low/no carbs most of the time. But if they affected you negatively especially your mood I wouldn't go back to using them. This stuff is supposed to make you feel better not worse.

while "on" i was 5' 9.75" at 220 11-12%:
blood pressure - 160/80
constant brown piss
pains in upper traps during night that would wake me up
low back pain from carrying so much weight all day
ate like a savage
emotionally unstable

been "off" for a year now, same height but 185 14%
blood pressure - 118/78
piss is healthy
no night pain
no low back pain
eat like a normal human being
mentally stable

was it really worth it?

the only thing I miss was all the attention and the undeniable fact that I would get girls 3x easier but overall considering my health, the answer is

NO

any experiences from you guys?

carrying 'so much weight'... eh,

Delusion:

A delusion is a belief held with strong conviction despite superior evidence to the contrary.[1] As a pathology, it is distinct from a belief based on false or incomplete information, confabulation, dogma, illusion, or other effects of perception.

Delusions typically occur in the context of neurological or mental illness, although they are not tied to any particular disease and have been found to occur in the context of many pathological states (both physical and mental). However, they are of particular diagnostic importance in psychotic disorders including schizophrenia, paraphrenia, manic episodes of bipolar disorder, and psychotic depression

.....

'unless youre a pro'? why not 'unless you're a cancer/aids/burn patient'?

get the fuck outta here with these 'hollier-than-thou' threads.
