Coach has an excellent facility, and was great to go there and see a real gym with great atmosphere and setup.........without a doubt a gem of a gym in all of southern california, perfect size with an old school feel to it, was best gym I have seen in a long time.................... .....I hit 25 pullups, legit pullups no stopping, curled the 95 lb dumbells, and after repping 225 on bench saturday, I locked out 23 legit reps, and performed a conditioning drill the 400 lb tire flip no stopping 5 times, performed it with ease.................... coach has one of the best facilities in all of southern california.

yes it is very clean and has great serious atmosphere with the essentials of a hardcore gym

Cswol kept his word, said he would be there at 1:40, at 1:30 he was there. Very few have the balls to keep their word on a message board...he did so fuck you.

For the most part, I train at my gym. Once in a great while, I will go to another (metrx) for a change. Every once in a while I do like the feel of machines. lol.

No, but I will rent one. Let me know. Depending on the kids (my son) baseball schedule, and we get enough people, I might be willing to do Saturday afternoons.
