I have had 5 major back surgeries and that video made me cringe big time.

Set up for the deadlift. It's a powerlifting thing, some guys when they set up for a big pull find that the belt cuts into their hips too much, or they find the belt doesn't give them the support where they like it, so they hike it up a bit. It depends on how they're build. I see it in a lot of guys whose midsections are similar to bodybuilders where you go thin then really blocky.

I thought for sure those plates were gonna dump off, pretty strong spring claps.

Hope he has a strong sub floor?

I would think dropping that 800lbs barbell could really fuck things up.

Fucks sake, why not do that in the garage? Or a gym. That's on par with having stripped down motorcycle parts all over your house, or dressing a deer on the coffee table

if you own that warehouse building up north im guessing 150-200 grand for the big warehouse

plus equipment 125grand

im guessing your target is to get around 40 people signed up in one year (lets say 100 dollar gym member ship a year). thats not actually bad if you can sign up 40 people a year every year bare minimum you can have enough money to 'live' on

sign up 100 members a year every year thats damn good living
