Did he not have an epiphany of sorts and change his celestial course (following the lead of the Holy Space Rock, Nibuboo) to become a personal trainer?  I do recall him speaking on how much he just reeeeeeeeeeeally, really, reeeeeeeally  liked people and so it was only natural that he become a nurse.  It was a though nursing chose him.
