All arms. That is all he is known for. Arms. Every other body part is small or just average. A Mr. Olympia is supposed to STAND out. He does not stand out, except his arms.

Yes, he is complete, but he is not dominant in the lineup. Dexter Jackson was also a complete bodybuilder but he only won 1 Mr. Olympia. If we were basing being the Mr. O on being a complete bodybuilder, then wouldnt many others also be Mr. O? Shawn Ray was a complete bodybuilder. Perfect flow and symmetry with good size. Same with Flex Wheeler and Kevin Levrone (less with Levrone, but one can still argue he maybe could have been Mr. O). Neither three ever one a Mr. Olympia. In fact, one could argue that Shawn Ray, Flex Wheeler and Kevin Levrone are more deserved of a Mr. Olympia than Phil, especially since they competed in a harder era, and more complete than him. The fact that Phils arms TOTALLY overpower his physique does not make him a complete bodybuilder. The epitome of a complete bodybuilder is Shawn Ray.

Phil Heath, despite being a complete bodybuilder is still missing something. He just looks ordinary (besides arms).

When a bodybuilder walks out on stage and you go "wow, look at his arms/legs/chest", thats a fault.
A balanced complete physique shouldn't have any standout body parts.

When I meant nothing stands out, I meant overall Phil does not stand out. Ronnie Coleman stood out because he was complete, had good flow, and was a monster. He had everything, thus he stood out, that is why he was so dominant.

Poor wording. I just meant stand out, like Ronnie Coleman stood out. Not referring to one specific bodypart.
