How many sets sets do you do for hams, Ro? Rep range? Have you ever split hams and quads up into diff workouts or always train them together?

Cool, similar workout as me. I'm on the right track then. Did you have some natural size before you started training legs and they responded fast? Blew out my right ACL completely 3yrs ago and my legs have been lagging ever since. Really prioritizing legs this year. They respond fast though, 18" calves without even training them

For me RDL's to 3 or 4 inches below the knee...legs slightly bent, pushing your ass out behind you are far superior to stiff-leg deads which is all lower back for me.

Geez Halo the acne is really bad! I'm sure you are self consious enough but it's gotta be said. At what point do the gains override having a back like a pizza? It's just the way some people react to gear. I've had a couple friends who's back were so fucked up, every inch covered. Basically you look like you have perfect skin compared to what they were. I couldn't understand how the trade off was worth it. As far as your back, it's looking sick! Your genetic insertions for your lower late are stellar. Just keep building it bigger and you will have a world class back. Got to get the acne under control first though. You gonna be comfortable walking around shirtless in public like that?

Its just the way some people react to gear, Halo. One of the shittiest sides to get though. I could prob skip showering 2days and I might get a couple tiny zits on my shoulder. Not even white heads, little invisible ones. I was pretty sure I couldn't ever get gyno either but think I noticed the smallest and I mean smallest sign of it last cycle. My cross to bear is I started losing my hair naturally even as far back as 21, so you know what gear is gonna do there. But it stuck around long enough and I'm 36 now so no big deal to just shave my head. How come you haven't tried accutane yet? Back really is very good! Like an above poster said, more traps and you will be sick.

Explain please. I didn't realize certain compounds make you break out more. Obviously there's the whole thing about test, it's "dirty." Honestly never looked into the topic because I don't break out ever
