clearly people here dont go off, or cycle.
you dont waste away to nothing, nor do you lose huge amounts of muscle..unless of course you were banging everything you could dose up on, then you go off and just do nothing and stop eating..
if you keep consistent, train as hard as you can, eat, rest etc.. you'll lose a bit at first, mostly in strength, then a bit of size, but then you start to gain it back again and your strength recovers..
every time i cycled i managed to end up pretty much where i got to, when using..after consistently training and working..
its a B.S myth that you shrink to nothing... its mostly psychological because its true that the first few weeks are tough as you cant lift as hard or as heavy as when you were on... but it slowly recovers.
