because this system is as much revolutionary to us , it's very new as well. we laid it out best we could and told you guys what to expect. that being said gal and I are always note comparing. like we both hit massive walls at the same time. mentally and physically. we figured out how to recognise it was happening and how to 'fix' it. when you get this low it can't be prevented, at least you don't want to try to prevent it as the 'twilight zone' as gal calls it is where the best results are found and the most gains made. all the while on the e eve of overtraining for a straight month. there's a shit ton of untapped gains in here do you don't want to try to circumvent it. so what we figured out was to know when it hit, and how to pull out.
stuff like this will cause this to evolve further. which us what we want. something that is adaptable that keeps working. not becomes stagnant.
this type of stuff now that the book is out we can pass along to everyone's email. kinda like continued updates. saves us writing another book down the road and allows you in real time to apply the info.
