I don't consider Phil to be a great singer. He has a studio-heavy voice. However, he is a very talented musician overall. Fyi, Sting cant sing either.

Dont get me wrong, I like many Phil Collins songs. I grew up with my mother listening to him all of the time. I just dont consider him to be a great singer, when compared to bands like Foriegner and Journey.
