Gironda had those guys take a lot of crap. None of it is used today except the aminos and sometimes people still take the liver tabs.

Wolf really has no definition whatsoever in his calves, despite all his training. Looks like some rare genetic disorder. (He seems a nice person irl, at least that's my impression from his videos)

dennis is one of the baddest motherfuckers around. Women around here love the guy....ask any chick who follows bodybuilding/fitness what current pro they think is the best looking most would say a young dennis wolf ...dnt know how he ended up with a wife so ugly. He's aged alot though..

Better? Arnold had a lower chest. Dennis would blow Arnold from stage during a most muscular with his extra 50 pounds.
In shape, Dennis is one of the few pros with good gut control, and btw, this isn't a women's contest.
Arnold is someone from the past, he was great back then.
