20 breathing squats
20 pullovers
3X10 reps bench press
3X10 barbell rows
3X10 military presses
3X10 barbell curls
3X10 Tricep extensions
3X10 Toe Raises
Roman chair sit ups 500 reps
One gallon of milk per day, no exceptions
As much red meat, eggs, salad, potatoes, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches you can cram down your gullet.
