nice job/build,good structure and pretty good shape,lower pecs need some tightening/shape but as u get leaner they 'll get that jagged shape,back and delts are your best bodyparts,,well done..

THANKS ..THAT GOOD LEAN MASS AT THAT HEIGHT FOR US NORMAL BBERS,,PRO'S ADD ANOTHER 30/40 LBS LEAN/WATER MASS

I think I can add about 5-7lbs of muscle, especially on my legs and arms , till I reach my natural limit.
