I actually think hair that has a few blond streaks from where it has been lightened from the sun is attractive. Basically what ever suits the guy. I am with bigmc on this when he says that it's the whole package...personality, character, sense of humour, confidance, gorgous smile and nice eyes.

The only time it is borderline acceptable for a man to dye his hair is if he is a disgusting shade of ginger.
Even then its pointless as he would still be pasty white with orange freckles.

Like others have said, well built, confident and not dj181/method101 ugly and you will be fine.
