with kidneys (bun) and liver - you really shouldn't train heavy duty hard for a good 5-7 days before you get blood work.

i will get my blood work around xmas. i am right in the channels of the limits where i need to be

Every Getbigger should have their blood work done at least once a year .....

Although most of our warriors won't come clean about it , This have been a terrible year with a lot of kidneys fried in our industry ...
