wait a minute, isn't the Russian dude 5'4-5'5 and Lewis is 5'6? I swear that Russian dude's height keeps changing, it's like somebody is trying to make him taller by two inches

We started to train together again. Since i am starving and weak, its good to train with somebody like him. We are very competitive each other when it comes to reps out

Alex is 5'6 flex is 5'5

If his conditioning is on Alex is better

PEople joke about the Russian kids height. He looks really short because he is so massive. He is 5'6, which is still short for a ripped 238# dude. No body is that big at 5'4 competition lean. Flex is shorter. I met both at the Arnold and Russian kid is about 2 inches taller than me and Flex is about my height. I am a getbig midget at 5'4, but happy

Which one are you going to do kyomu maybe something in Madrid or Barcelona? You got good symmetry maybe bring the back up a bit.

Good we will wait for the updates on mandatories. Is Paco going to enter anymore contests or is retired? A bad showing last time he was competing maybe he can return to good form if he hits the diet right and drop water.
