LOL no I indulged on my own! She was usually at the spa! And I was just eating ice cream like some fat gremlin!!!

I see.. So hows your cutting diet going, are you on track or back in the bulk train?

I keep yo yo-ing

I was on track - and then my parents came in to town this week and its been no work outs and dinners out every night!

My pants still fit so thats a good sign

Well, that's just temporary. Hopefully this will give you a boost, once you're back on the stair master.
