So do I mate but it's not hard to keep in shape rather than blow up like a fucking ballon.
Its just laziness and greed.

So you have carried on giving people advice and charging them whilst stuffing your face with cakes sat in front of the TV.

Great advert you are.
I don't get you jeff.. you seem an angry human being and quite frustrated..what's your deal?

He probably just took a good shit after a big meal. I can make dramatic changes like that after I send some of the Cosby kids to the pool.

Why, after all hes just doing it all himself, what does he need you for?
Have you explained that to him or are you happy to keep taking his money?

everyone "knows" how to get in shape. the reason some pay for trainers or nutritionists is to have basically a "handler" to make sure they actually do it. that's where the money comes in. it's not about sev having some magic diet for the guy, it's about sev being there to keep him on track.

Morbidly obese

5'2 and 265 lbs

30 days lost 27 lbs

1 cheat day

meat, green veggies and some omega 3 fats

he is a cook on a ship

no working out no cardio

5'2"? .......interesting to see what you do to him in 12 months....what health issues.

With this guy in the kitchen, I bet everyone else on the ship must be rail-thin... ;D

But in all seriousness, that's not a half-bad loss, although a large amount is bound to be water, especially in the first couple of weeks.

I know trolls. bjjeff is not one. I think he is quite sincere qith his outbursts. Maybe wife yells at him so he feels beaten down so he comes here to vent.

also jeff, remember this: you are a 50 yo man who posted a pic where you show off your ass and are oiled and in a minuscule THONG... worse, you tried to blame it on the photographer

I agree. Theoretically you tell them what to eat and they do as you say. In real life it never works out like this.

The next best thing to having Pom-poms and cheers....

In real life it *rarely* works out like this. You can spot the clients that will make good progress during your initial consultation.

You can also spot the ones that are going to be nothing but problems and drama. The hotter they are, the worse it's gonna be.

Such is life. PT can suck the ever living life out of you.
