Travis Browne caught a lucky break.  Most refs would have stopped the fight during that flurry of punches he took to the face when he was backed into the ropes.

Ref knew Travis was a tough guy with heart

Had the ref been Mazagatti or Mirgaliotta it would've been stopped right away

Yamazaki is a good ref

This is a good point, would have been a total different outcome and that would have been sad.

 Rua was in bad shape for the Forrest bout         he had a torn acl and mcl plus he was fat and out of shape
