He should stick to K-1.

Big surprise in seeing Chael beat Shogun via a submission! That was the fight of the night. I did not see that coming.

Travis Browne has heart. The beginning of this fight (Browne vs. Reem) went exactly how the Reem vs. Brock fight went. Both Browne and Brock suffered brutal body shots and crouched in pain. The difference is that Brock gave up and Browne had the will to survive.

I put half my money in my betting account on Conor Mcgregor and the other half on Sonnen. So It was a good night.
Conor is fucking awesome.
And Can't wait for Sonnen to ruin Wand if Wand ever steps up.

Shame about overeem. I do feel it was also due to him blowing his entire gas tank trying to finish it. Which I can understand since Travis got Hurt Bad.
Amazing heart to keep going after those bodyshots. Looking at Overeems documentary leading up to this fight (and his career) he Ruins people with those knees. Including Lesnar. And Travis said afterwards that he has never felt knees like that before and have never felt his body shut down like that either. But he didn't stop.
Great job by the Ref letting it continue.

I always used to bet on Matt but fucking twice not ive forgotten to. Just noticed it after I put all the money on Conor and Chael lol.

That triangle was sweet, but I was still more surprised by Shogun being caught in a guillotine for the tap.

I also agree that Browne has a lot of heart and did what needed to be done. It's just a shame because Overeem has an amazing amount of talent when it comes to striking, but his chin has been exposed.

I can already imagine Dana cutting him loose within the next year. Typically after 2-3 straight losses, Dana pulls the plug on most fighters, unless they are big money makers (i.e. Chael, Diaz etc.)

Brown really found a giant hole in Overeems standup.

That leaning forward kind of nonchalant stance. Really opens him up for those front kicks to the chin.

Shogun has been on a steep downward spiral since he won the title, the Jones fight showed him to be a shadow of his former self. He's going along the same path as Rampage / Tito, the guy has been in wars and was certainly the best 205er at one point in time, but that was years ago now.

Sonnen is a class act, great at promoting a fight and certainly delivers win, lose or draw. Wanderlei will be mauled by him IMO, i didnt see Shogun beating him and i certainly cant see Wandy doing it.

After he realized he couldn't put Travis out with that onslaught, not only did Alistairs gastank fail but his heart as well
