I’ve always done arms on their own day and supersetting the whole work out most of my life.Also realizing that my arms grew the most from higher Reps,I do low as well but mainly higher and just pump the fuck out of them.
Any rough idea what you weigh?

Been doing similar training to yours mate last few years higher reps going back and forth between bu and tri each set
Weight I’d guess at 230-235,I don’t have a scale and
haven’t weighed myself since I’m my old job we would weigh on the materials scale was always just under 250 then but way fatter than am now as we just sat about eating and doing fuck all till a machine broke, was hard to hold onto the weight going back to the building work
