I hear you can tell a good fish oil by whether it freezes or not. It should NOT freeze.

I like Udo's Choice Oil Blend.  Its all organic cold expeller pressed oils that seem to work pretty damn good for me and everyone else I know who has ever tried em.

The best one I've found is Essential Fatty Acids by Sci-Fit.  It's complete as it contains Borage Oil, Organic Flax, and Fish Oil.  It's in softgels so very convenient and no burps, with that nasty fish oil smell.  It covers all basics having GLA, Linoleic acid, ALA and EPA and DHA as covered by the marine oil.  I've used almost all of them from one time or another and I'm a firm believer that Flax is one of the most anabolic supplements you can get.  Even the Dogs love it.  It gives their coat's a nice luster and helps their joints in cold weather.  It's cheep and works.  What's better than that.
