I used to have a grinder and I would put ephedrine tabs in there with the beans. Good coffee.  ;D

Used to use NoXplode.

Many of the pre workout drinks contain sugar and caffeine. Or lecithin.

Marginal benefits. Much of a placebo effect.

Holy fuck how did people get up in the am and go workout before pre workout drinks or ephedrine came along?

People put way too much thought into prepping before going to the gym, like a bunch of broads getting ready to go out on a date.

It seems that one needs to find a drug for everything.

Personally, Before morning workouts or cardio, both done on an empty stomach, I have a cup of black organic cofee and a glass of water. Somehow, I manage to survive  ;D

i'd never tried the old school jak3d till about 2 weeks ago, gotta say I like it.

30-50mg ephedrine with about 10g bcaa's mixed with 6-7g's of cittrulline malate.

can't stand the tingling-face from beta alanine.
