SO why does this country just not have hearings to determine their punishment? end of story!!!! hearings and that is it? and even that is being too good for these "things"....

(CBS) — Five people were wounded in a hail of bullets from an automatic weapon in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood Monday evening.

Police and several ambulances converged at Wilson Avenue and North Sheridan Road Monday evening, following the shooting, which occurred shortly before 6 p.m. at a bus stop in front of the Uptown Baptist Church.

According to 46th Ward Alderman James Cappelman, police have three persons of interest in custody and have recovered video footage from a nearby police camera and cameras from nearby businesses.

That corner is located along the “Safe Passage” route for students attending Joseph Brennemann Elementary School, which is receiving students who attended Graeme Stewart Elementary School, which was one of 49 elementary schools shut down by the Chicago Public Schools this summer.

Well just don't be suprised when some slick ass defense attorney claims their confessions were coerced by the police, then it gets traction by the liberal media, then pearl jam does a benefit concert for them, then there's a searing documentary about the right wing conspiracy to keep black youth bored. Finally the victim is actually part of the problem and these three little angels are just victims of society. Hopefully they can trace the gun sales back to some redneck store owner and charge him with the murder
