Took photos yesterday, sorta felt douchey and then I remembered, who fucking cares.
The NFD (nasty fucking diet) is fantastic. I'm on day 10 have sliced off 11bs and am harder, so no skinny/fat syndrome.
Energy level is actually high during the day though have a bit of lethargy around 6pm (nothing I can't handle)
Doing circuit of- sledge hammer pounds, 25lb medicine ball squat/ wall throws, ring pullups, hanging leg raises, and pushups.
