Submit a paypal dispute for services not rendered, they will give you your cash back, and freeze her account most likely.  Then, contact the site that you met her on, and describe what happened.  Most likely they have terms and conditions that stop them from soliciting for off site contact.  They will probably shitcan her there too and freeze her cash, but might can you in the process as well.
