That update post talked about her mental illness. Does anyone know if she has a specific diagnosis? Or is it more in the general 'fucked in the head' type of mental illness?

When I saw her she was constantly talking to herself. When I first spoke to her she was standing on a street corner talking to God, apparently. Just standing on a street corner talking to at someone she imagined to be floating in the sky. But when I brought up her bodybuilding career and how many Fans she had, she completely snapped out of it and had a very normal, sweet conversation.
Up to a point after about 5 or 10 minutes of talking she started to lose her shit again. She just said she lost interest in it and didn't want to do it anymore (bodybuilding)
I offered her a twenty- she refused, she said thank my fans for me then walked away.
The next evening I went to just give her the 20 whether she wanted it or not.I was just going to leave it on the ground and she could take it if she wanted it. We'll, she was sleeping on a sidewalk in a park and when I woke her up, she fucking sprung up and started swinging a stick at me. She didn't recognize me one bit from the night before. I had to remind her and she still didn't fully understand. Finally I threw the 20 down and asked her if she remembered Tommy Pheil and she said no- I tried to remember some of Tommy's stories- he managed golds gym, they were roommates, he infamously robbed a bank etc..- she looked at me like I was speaking Chinese.
The following evening I was not looking to run into her so avoided the park that I saw her in the first 2 nights and walked a different route and coincidentally came across some homeless asshole who was going to beat her ass. I started to break it up and this guy pulled a box cutter and threatened me.we exchanged some more words/threats- I think I told him I was a cop because there was some cop convention in town and cops were literally everywhere. During this exchange I IIRC she walked off, but later when walking back to the hotel I saw her walking around with this same bum, arm in arm like nothing happened.
1. She's batshit crazy- I don't even thing it's drugs at this point. I don't think she's capable of knowing what drugs are.
2. She looks exactly like what she looks in the mugshots floating around online.
3. She's surprisingly small, I mean she's maybe 5'5 but for some reason looks smaller, I don't think she was wearing shoes. But she still has more girth than the typical female bum. You could see that under her sweater- yeah it was Texas in August and she was wearing a sweater if that tells you how crazy she was- but you could make out traps and rounded delts. Which you wouldn't think but I swear from a distance she looked like a man and I thought it would be trouble but as I walked closer I saw how small she was, I m thinking like 5'4" or less. I could see 'oh wait, thats a small woman...holy shit that's Denise Rutkowski!!'
