You're gonna sit here with a straight face and say you think Kai Greene purposefully has underdeveloped traps when it's been the biggest knock on his physique since he became a top tier guy?
Traps aren't the "easiest muscle" any more than any other muscle..it's genetics. You sound like a fool.
Yep, I do.
I was reading an article a while back about Melvin Anthony, now, whether he really meant it, or not, he said that he didn't train traps as much because it makes you look narrow. Flex used to have great traps before his car accident, and then they slacked off...remember the remarks about his skinny neck from pics of the 97 Arnold?
And Kai, when trains, is odd, like when he was doing pull ups with Phil. He tends to dramatize his movements.
And anybody can get big traps, I know broscience, but time and time again, since I was a kid, I have been told that traps are the easiest to grow, and for me and others it was, without putting much effort into it.
You mean to tell me that Kai can have every muscle developed to the nth degree, except traps and delts to a lesser degree (and he lacks thickness in his rhomboids) due to just genetics?
Take a look at that back spread, it looks wide, now visually add large traps to it. It would make it less impressive.
