Yep...as well as Brock for hardly ever appearing.  That's why they gave it to Seth Rollins.  BTW, Dana White is pissed that Rhonda didn't tell him that she would be appearing at Wrestlemania and doing a spot.  Currently, they are at each others throats

That's how it used to be though.  Regional champs, with one overall who wasn't always around which elevated it.  Figured they were elevating the sub titles with the Cena/Bryant wins, and could keep Lesnar in his role.

We'll see.
