He's 30. His face is always lean. Like I was saying from the first page, something is different about him. I can't even hit the name on it. It's a combo of things.
It's even more apparent in person. I don't know what it is, but something is decidedly different. I can't exactly explain it, and I would never argue that he's natural, but he just looks very strange in person.
His skin appears to be so thick, almost like a full-body callous (especially his face), but his muscle separation is insane. There's no fat anywhere...but he looks very watery...but somehow non of that water is subcutaneous.
An interesting case study for sure. The thickest skin you'll ever see, but not a drop of fat storage anywhere
