From what I understand (even though it seems that some mods are not on the same page) That mugshots (or other pics) can be immediately taken down, if the poster does not want them posted. Groink has stated multiple times that he does not want his mugshots on here.
I'm sure Ron would have done the same for Titus, Arvilla, etc....
The mugshots are public information. It's not like you can get into legal trouble for posting it. It is fair game and the more they are deleted, the more information I will put out.
