Falcon has been advocating the superiority of outdoor workouts for years.
True, you can not stop the Falcon, trains in wind, snow and rain outdoors.

Anybody with two legs can walk, so walking isn't just for the rich.

Take what?  Your pathetic rambling.  Perhaps you should check and see that I addressed the OP...not you fuck stick.  Unless you forgot you were logged in under this handle instead of the gimmick OP account.  If thats the case weak and limp gimmick.  Much like your cock.

Try again any time...especially with your attempt at being grandiloquent.

Oh yeah, you "addressed" the OP?  What an important message.  Maybe you thought you PM'd the OP. Sorry if I interfered, but the good news is that your subsequent posts were just as on-topic as your original one, as well as just as respectful.  Which is what I believe you demanded for yourself.   Well, I think you got an equal amount of respect in response.  And it's all here for the OP to see, as well as everyone else. No harm done.

Awwww....seems your feelings are hurt.  I thought I PMed the OP?  You sure are stretching here.  All in all, you seem to be quite butt hurt about all of this.  Due to the fact that you haven't stepped with other peoples comments, I would surmise I have ruffled your feathers in the past and you are lashing out.  In any event, it will all be fine, your vaginal bleeding should stop within a few days.

Walking or jogging outdoors must be stupid.

Much cooler to drive an hour to the gym and do treadmill for an hour.

Did you know that if you run or walk for 5miles the consumed calories will be roughly the same.

Walking takes around twice the time though. But the % of the burned calories will be more of fat.

Unless there is a specific reason for going there, then yes it's a very boring place to be.

My doctor wanted me to get more cardiovascular exercise and he started me on walking. I'm now walking 30 minutes per evening and I feel tremendous.

i'd suggest walking up a hill... a mountain is best if you have one handy... relatively low impact and it's great for cardio and lower body development

Agreed! However, a lot of bicyclist are getting run over buy idiots in motorized vehicles lately. So, while bike riding is far less stress on the knees and internal organs, it isn't necessarily safe either. Of course, one can always go with the stationary bikes at the gym, but that is pretty boring.
