I hate this false advertising BS

So ive been diong a mini cutting phase as Im giong to Cancun in Jan, and avoidin sugars/simple carbs like the plague.  Well not relaly the plague, but you guys know what im takling about.  Anyway, I was half asleep walkin about the store earlier and saw this sugar free bar, high in protein.   I looked at the back real quick and saw 0g sugar. I thought it was either nasty tasting or splenda sweetened, either way i need a quick fix.

Long story short, i looked again it has 0g sugar but 20 g sugar alcohol.  What the fuck, its pretty much the same thing.  Fucking bullshit advertising.

There are so much bullshit out there aimed at ignorant consumers,  "net carbs", etc.

Sugar alcohol is the stuff thats in sugar-free gum. I'm pretty sure it's not processed like sugar by the body.

Sugar Alcohol can also give you gas & the runs. It tears up my stomach if I eat too much of it.
