my new gym trick is going into the squat rack, and people usually leave one wheel per side on...so I pick it up and start curling 135 for about 12 effortless reps. then I add weight..hahahahaahaa.

I always make sure the smaller, weaker members can see.  :D ;D

Hahahaha yes I'm so going to do that in front of the personal 'trainers' while they're 'training' some hot 40 somethings at 7:30am tommorow - while i'm repping out I will be going for the 'groink effect' on those within range  ;D

Another training tip for you Cyp.....if you see a really skinny twink struggling to do a chinup, or bench press. Point and laugh, and then say "what did you expect stupid, you don't have any muscle on your entire body. It's a wonder you can breathe."  This really helps motivate them  :D

This is an official Groink dare by the way.  I've done this..no lie.


 I knew the guy, he's a 140 pound personal trainer at my gym...but still, I don't know him that well and he was brutally pwned in front of his boss.  ;D
