I have come off without any pct a few times so do not have a set system myself. If I take time off again soon I may use HCG for 2 weeks followed by Nolvadex for 4 weeks at 40/40/20/20 per day. Some people say Clomid is needed but it makes men in to big emotional babys and I dont want that lol...

The whole point to cruizing is to stay on just enough to not regress or loose anything.  A vet or noob - if you are cruising and losing your size you need to make adjustments so this does not happen.  It's the whole fucking point to cruising.  If you are going to cruise on such a low dose why not just go off and do some of that pussy PCT with breast cancer drugs.  Sounds logical to me.
