I ordered a plain chicken sandwich and it cost about 5 dollars with tax.  Why are they so proud of their garbage food?  Don't they know that we are in the middle of a government shutdown?

Secondly, what the hell is Hardee's?  They serve the same crap food as Carl's Jr and they have the same little star logo.  Why not pick one name and stick with it.  WTF?

Both Carl Jr's and Hardees who are owned by the same holding corporation have experienced numerous cost cutting measures in the past twenty years. (for example switching to frozen beef patties instead of fresh)  This led to a decline in food quality.  Not to mention Hardees experiment (purchasing Roy Rodgers) converting some 200 RR to Hardees only to switch them back.  Both franchises have seen better days both in quality, customer loyality and profitability.

Y'all can bitch & gripe about Carl's jr being expensive, but the truth is they charge that much for garbage because they know you will ALL run to their outlets to get it, ...and gladly so. You're like puppets on a string
