Is this your first run with slin? I would start with 10iu before breakfast since u workout in the am. Take in carbs throughout your workout. Then another 10iu early afternoon and another in the evening. When you first start you will need to figure out how many grams of carbs you need per IU. 7-10g per IU is a good place to start. As you become less sensitive you will need less carbs. Work your way up to 15iu 3x a day. Keep some simple sugar on hand. Juice, soda, banana, pineapple is my favorite. If you start feeling hypo take in some carbs and wait a little. It's very easy to just start shoveling carbs trying to stop the hypo but you will feel extremely bloated after! Just gotta pay close attention to your body! Enjoy!
