Yeah, my dad's girlfriend went on this diet. Five hundred calories a day with HCG? Yeah, no kidding you are going to lose a ton of weight. She did, that's a fact. Lost like 50-60 pounds in two months. Refuses to exercise. No time for it. All the time in the world to play poker every night.
