Once again..no reason to lie, I just think you guys are completely brainwashed into believing what magazines preach, I honestly never juiced, and have nothing against anyone that does juice, just don't need it to achieve the look I like. Cardio, I do it every single morning, I've missed maybe a handful of am sessions since winning my competition last November, once again I have no reason to lie, not trying to impress people, I think either you guys are just putting limits to yourselves, never pushed your body's to see how much you can actually produce if you try, the food thing is not anything crazy either, I work 10 hours a day everyday for five months straight, my body requires tons of energy everyday to operate. Why is this so unbelievable?? Maybe if you putting parameters on your eating and training and try to experiment with food and training you might get better results..Also this is doing this completely drug free, not even allowed to take ephedra, we are randomly drug tested monthly onboard, as well as going through TSA type security whenever getting off and on the ship, bags searched, metal detectors the whole nine yards....stop putting limits on yourselves Picture below, a 90 minute session on the stair gauntlet, a session I do twice a week, once on Maui and once on Kauai
