i agree with this it's obvious that Mike has put some time in the gym and knows what he's doing, some cardio, bodypart specialization, cutting diet, maybe a fat burner and he'll be there in no time. |

BTW: some of the guys who have posted do have a valid question: What is the final goal? And/or what is the scheduled time frame?
6 weeks? Till he's got sub-10% bf?
W/o a goal, it'll be REALLY hard to stick to anything, and I'll have to reevaluate my estimate to 2 days.
i think Jeff said to shoot for a summertime contest, so 6 or 7 months, i could see Mike at 235 or so in pretty good condition by then. |
