What's racist about those signs? Nutty for sure but I wouldn't consider them racist.  I've encountered many a member of the lunatic fringe at left wing functions.  Obama has heard worse at Rev. Wrights church.

He certainly didn't want to create a voter ID requirement. Why did this become about the Tea Party? I thought the original guy interviewed was a Republican.

To me, the tea party doesn't really exist... It's just a sect of the Republican party... typically white redneck types... Usually from southern states.

If you list all the things the KKK has done and said and compare that to the actions of the  tea party it becomes apparent rather quickly that they aren't very much alike.

A better argument against the tea party is that it's a corporate funded shill group for corporations and the right and it's members aren't fully aware how they are being manipulated.  Peggy Noonan wrote a great piece about this subject last week.

well put. None of them give a flying fuck about anyones wellbeing other than their friends/family, and theyll say/do anything to keep their power/influence/lifestyle.

There are, but let's be honest here... The large percentage of the Tea Party electorate are from typical southern and more "rural" states... Sure, Montana is a lone wolf up north there, but let's be honest, what's in Montana?

Let's be real... These guys are all after a way to keep their power... whatever it takes to stay in office doing NOTHING but cashing a check... taking money from lobbyists... that's what they want to do.
