i'll go periods when I have shit to do.. working till 12am or 1am, get home and keep working and doing numbers, spreadsheets, and making products, before I know it, it's 3am or 4am and I gotta sleep.. i'll lay down and attempt to sleep for 30mins before I actually fall asleep, then i'm up at my first text message at around 8 or 9 and i'm getting orders ready, then I have clients, ect, and go to work at around noon or 1 and i'm there for 12hrs.... this could go on all week, till the weekend, but by then i'm accustomed to the schedule and it's impossible to fall asleep before 2 or 3 and if i'm lucky I get to sleep till 10. I had a nice gf... a pretty, petite, busty Mexican banker.. she wanted to go hiking one sunday, so I say 'ok, sure'... well, the woman wakes me up at 730am on that sunday morning saying 'baby, we should've left at 7'... WTF WOMAN... this is my only day to fucking sleep, i'm not gonna go walk up and down a dirty ass mountain in 120degree heat at 7am..... needless to say, I broke up with her within a week. lol. (probably not a good move on my part, since she just got approved for a $600k mortgage. lol.... opps..... oh well, she didn't have great calves anyways.

anyways, i'm rambling... probably from lack of sleep..... and too much coffee..... and tren.
so, 4hrs a night is possible.
oh, and I do that WITHOUT speed or meth or whatever.. once or twice a week i'll drink a pile of instant coffee before I drink my morning 100g whey shake, that's about it.
