« on: January 27, 2006, 10:00:52 AM »
well i did the biggest set of barbell shrugs i've ever attempted in my life..it felt fan fucking tastic

today i'm paying for it...in alot of muscle soreness across my shoulders and upper back

i sthere a way to flush that acid buildup out quicker? i'm eating alot to help it and drinking alot of water....

i have an archery tournament on sunday...i'm thinking i should skip training today except for my forearms which are the one thing i feel i can work and not have it affect what's already recouping.

A long soak in jacuzzi or tub.

Make sure to give those muscles a break until recovered.

dude your dead on with the Glutamine. i would also add in eat and sleep.. the reason that your sore. is you bodys adampt to  recover. so eat and sleep is the best thing and also a hott shower or hot tubes works very well for soreness..
